Strength & Conditioning

Compound lifts, force plate work, and velocity-based training tracked every session.

2:50 – 3:05 PM
Film

Quick breakdown of the upcoming opponent or a self-edit from the last game.

3:10 – 5:00 PM
Team Practice

Full-team, full-speed. 5v5 live reps, scout work, situational drills. 110 minutes.
