Morning Skills
Position-specific drills — ball-handling sequences, shooting off movement, footwork progressions in the post and on the perimeter. Led by position coaches. No full-team yet — just your craft.
1:40 – 2:40 PM
Strength & Conditioning
Individualized programs in the performance lab — compound lifts, force plate work, and velocity-based training tracked every session by an ex-Celtics S&C coach.
2:50 – 3:05 PM
Film
Quick breakdown of the upcoming opponent or a self-edit from the last game. Saturday self-edits due by midnight. The kid who cuts their own film signs first.
3:10 – 5:00 PM
Team Practice
Full-team, full-speed. 5v5 live reps, scout work, situational drills, and late-game execution. 110 minutes. Nothing optional.
